- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong item or model)
- Unused and in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included
Please note that refunds are not available for products that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Return Process
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HaizeFlow is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned in unsellable condition.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
