4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from HaizeFlow. If you are not completely satisfied with your Keyboard, Mouse, or Headphone, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
