Step 2: Choose a Tracking Method

Since HaizeFlow does not offer a user center, we recommend using a reliable third-party tracking service to follow your package in real time. These platforms aggregate data from multiple carriers, giving you a single dashboard to check your shipment status.

Recommended Third-Party Tracking Tool: 17TRACK

17TRACK is a free and widely used global package tracking service. It supports over 2,200 carriers worldwide, including major couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and China Post. To use it:

  1. Visit https://www.17track.net/en .
  2. Enter your tracking number in the search bar on the homepage.
  3. Click the "Track" button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status, including origin, transit updates, and estimated delivery date.

You can also download the 17TRACK mobile app (available on iOS and Android) to receive push notifications for status changes.

Alternative Options: PackageRadar & AfterShip

If you prefer other tools, PackageRadar and AfterShip offer similar functionality. Simply paste your tracking number on their homepage to get started.

Step 3: Understand Your Tracking Status

When you track your order, you may see the following common statuses. Here is what they mean:

  • Order Processed / Ready for Shipment: Your items are being packed and labeled at our fulfillment center.
  • Picked Up / In Transit: The carrier has collected your package and it is moving through the network.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local courier and will be delivered today.
  • Delivered: The package has been signed for or left at the specified address.
  • Exception / Delay: There may be a customs hold, weather delay, or address issue. Please check the details provided by the carrier.
